About Us: My client's organization is a thriving European Investment Firm which manages in-house 36 large assets. Most assets are located within a radius of 150Km of the Melbourne CBD. The client is committed to excellence in property management. They are seeking a talented Facility Manager to oversee the specified property portfolio in Melbourne.
Role Highlights:
- Efficient Facility Management: Ensure tenant satisfaction, prudent risk management, and asset preservation.
- Technical Expertise: Apply your technical knowledge of services related to commercial property.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate effective relationships with stakeholders, staff, and colleagues.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit a professional, confident, and mature approach in all communications.
- Risk Management: Utilize your expertise in risk management to maintain compliance with regulations.
- Legislation Familiarity: Navigate statutory legislation affecting Property Operations, Building Services, and Occupational Health & Safety.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of property services, including tenancy conditions and building maintenance.
- Oversight of contractor performance and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Regular property inspections, ensuring asset value enhancement.
- Administrative tasks related to portfolio operations using FMXpert software.
- Collaboration with the site Asset Manager to manage environmental risk factors.
- Periodic assessment of building preventive maintenance and capital expenditure requirements.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Facility Manager.
