About the Company:
My client is a WA owned and operated manufacturer of timber doors for the residential building market. Parented by a growing construction entity, they currently operate out of a new production facility in Wangara. Due to their sustained growth, they are looking to bolster the team with a production operator whose previous experience will see them hit the ground running. This role would be perfect for someone who has worked as a Cabinet Maker or experience machine operating and assembling in a production environment. The successful applicant will be taught many aspects of the manufacturing process with the end goal being that they are able to take ownership of the production of a specific product.

Required Skillset:
To be successful in this role, applicants will need to be experienced with machine operation and / or assembly of products made from timber or lite gauge steel. You will also need to be willing to learn and able to take on new information. Outside of this, all we ask for is the basics:
- Be punctual and reliable
- Be easy to get along with and fit into the culture
- Have a good work ethic – The pace isn’t crazy but nobody is being paid to stand around
- Have good attention to detail and pride in your work
