AddressOur client is a leading food manufacturing business who have a strong reputation for their high end quality products. To continue developing in this area and keep delivering great results they are looking for a Factory Manager to lead their key manufacturing facility, based in Sydney.
The Role
Reporting to the GM of Operations your focus will be on:
- Leading a key manufacturing facility across the group with a focus on instilling best practise and developing future successors across the organisation.
- Full OPEX responsibility across their operations.
- Drive the site TPM program through manufacturing engaging, training and supporting the TPM lead moving the site towards best in class manufacturing levels.
- Improve engagement and culture through leadership, training and being a good mentor for the production team.
- Monitor employee performance and implement employee improvement programs.
To be successful in this role you will have extensive leadership experience gained from a food or beverage manufacturing environments. You must be able to drive change and achieve excellent results through effective leadership, with a focus on cultural improvement and increasing employee engagement. Strong commercial awareness and an ability to communicate at all levels are critical to the success of the position.
