The RoleWe are seeking a talented qualified Chef to be our onsite Kitchen Manager / Head Chef reporting to the group Kitchen Manager. The onsite Kitchen Manager will lead a small team and be responsible for venue food production, stock management, food safety and kitchen employee supervision. This role demands effective leadership, kitchen operations expertise and a commitment to food safety. Key Responsibilities:- Kitchen food production in a quick service environment.
- Collaborate with Group Kitchen Manager to make food menu and service improvements.
- Train, mentor and supervise venue Kitchen (BOH) staff.
- Employee rostering for Kitchen (BOH) operations.
- Food stock management to achieve company KPI’s.
- Compliance with Food Safety regulations.
- Management of brand new kitchen assets and environment.
- Play a leadership role to achieve high quality customer experiences.

- Holds recognised trade qualifications in cookery (qualified Chef).
- Prior supervisor and/ management experience in kitchen operations (Chef De Partie or above) is essential.
- Hold current certifications in Food Safety Supervisor, Food Handling and First Aid.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends on four rotating roster.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
