The Role
We are seeking a talented Food & Beverage (FOH) Manager to oversee the front house food and beverage activities of our multi-faceted Golf, Hospitality and Entertainment venue, Swing Factory – Terrey Hills, in Sydney’s North Shore. The successful applicant will play a critical role in overseeing the Kitchen Food delivery, Bar & Cafe operations. This role demands effective leadership, beverage/cafe expertise, and a commitment to food safety. This position requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills, and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Beverage and Cafe stock and cellar management.
- Beverage and Cafe menu development and improvements.
- Collaborate with Kitchen Manager to provide high quality food products.
- Collaborate with Marketing department to coordinate beverage and cafe promotions to drive sales.
- Manage all Food & Beverage technology (Swiftpos, Order Away, Communications).
- Recruit, train, mentor and supervise Food & Beverage (FOH) staff.
- Employee rostering for Food & Beverage (FOH) operations.
- Play a leadership role to achieve high quality customer experiences.
- Assist the venue management team Provide senior Manager on duty shifts.

- Hold current certifications in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), First Aid and Food Handling.
Qualifications:
- Prior supervisor and/ management experience in hospitality operations is essential.
- Barista training preferred but not essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends on a four week rotating roster.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
