- Assisting solicitors with parenting matters
- Assisting solicitors with property matters
- Assisting solicitors with domestic violence matters
- Assisting with private client matters
- Assisting with Legal Aid client matters
- Diary management
- Email management
- Opening files
- File management including monitoring crucial dates
- Drafting Applications
- Drafting Affidavit material
- Drafting Consent Orders
- Drafting Financial Statements
- General legal Secretarial / Paralegal / Admin tasks

About you:
Working as a Paralegal in the Family Law team, you will bring:
- at least 1 - 2 years of experience in Family Law (or similar areas)
- have a flexible approach and reliable
- excellent communication skills and be able to prioritise effectively;
- attention to detail and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality;
- confidence to work in a busy litigation practice
To be successful you will need to be adaptable in your approach to work and focus your efforts into the collective success of the Family Team supporting multiple authors when you have capacity.
