The Skills Required
We are seeking an experienced P.A or or Administration Assistant who has;
- Outstanding client service with excellent communication skills, verbal and written,
- Knowledge of the Legal Industry (would be advantageous),
- Be highly organised with the ability to multi-task with an ability to meet deadlines,
- Professional presentation,
- Accuracy and attention to detail,
- Competency in the use of Microsoft Office.
You will be working with our team of experienced solicitors and some aspects of the role will be;
- Answering incoming telephone calls and taking initial enquiries from new clients,
- Diary management and scheduling appointments with clients,
- Assisting with file management and billing,
- Collating and reviewing disclosure material,
- Lodging court documents,
- Liaising between our solicitors, clients and other law firms,
- Other day to day secretarial duties.
