Who we are
We are not a traditional law firm. We don’t have physical files and piles of papers, we don’t have timesheets, and we believe in Value Pricing. Our goal is to re-think and re-design the experience that families and people in relationships receive when they separate, encounter disputes, are planning for their future or need legal help.
Dignity.Legal offers strategic legal advice including representation for all family law matters, binding financial agreements, child support agreements, collaboration, family arrangements and estate planning, with a focus on out of court negotiations with amicable and positive solutions. Our philosophy is to provide an effective dispute resolution service for people who desire dignified family law resolutions (without court involvement as much as is practicable) at the beginning, during or end of relationships.
We are an innovative law firm with a current team of seven, including three experienced Accredited Family Law Specialists. We started Dignity.Legal in 2021 to change the focus in family law from litigation to effective dispute resolution. We believe that family law matters can be resolved respectfully, focusing on mutual positive results; without the cost, emotional toll and adversarial nature of traditional family law disputes.

This is a full-time position. Normal business hours are 9am-5.30pm, and we provide flexibility as we do understand our team have families and lives outside of work.
Our office is located in South Melbourne however we continue to have remote and hybrid-work flexibility.
