Our client is a specialist Family Law firm, located in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast, and quickly expanding into the Gold Coast. We are looking for a Family Law Solicitor either office or home based!

They are currently seeking a seasoned Family Law Solicitor who excels in cultivating client relationships through trust and rapport and possesses a compassionate spirit, eager to assist individuals navigating the complexities of separation.
THE POSITION
Role Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain client trust, ensuring a supportive and empathetic approach to client management.
- Handle case files independently from commencement to conclusion.
- Strategically negotiate settlements to meet client objectives.
- Prepare court documents and represent clients in court proceedings.
- Engage in networking opportunities to identify and cultivate new business prospects.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated ability to convert prospects into loyal clients through building rapport.
- Exhibits deep compassion and empathy in client interactions.
- Holds at least 4 years of post-admission experience in Family Law.
- Capable of self-managed caseloads with minimal supervision.
- Possesses keen attention to detail and superior interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving productivity, client conversion, and revenue targets.
- Experience in managing court files for property, parenting, and domestic violence matters, and preparing binding financial agreements.
