Our client is a leading Law Firm renowned for its Family Law team with its lawyers consistently ranked highly both as an organization and individually. The expertise and technical skills they offer are highly regarded among their clients. The successful team includes a range of professionals including Accredited Specialists, Collaborative law specialists, registered mediators and arbitrators.
Our client is seeking an Associate or a Senior Associate to join this Family Law team in a client facing role working with clients needing support for high-net-wealth and complex settlements.
About You
To succeed within this role, you will need 3 - 8 years' post admission experience practicing in all aspects of Family Law, including:
- financial agreements,
- property and commercial settlements,
- the ability to demonstrate your financial and advocacy skills,
- the foundations of solid drafting and technical skills,
- excellent communication and research skills,
- exceptional client service.
