Job description
The primary purpose of a Food and Beverage Attendant is to deliver service at the Gallery's commercial F&B outlets and events including cocktail events, formal dinners and exhibition openings. The primary purpose of the F&B FOH Supervisor is to assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing all events held at the Gallery. The FOH Supervisor is also required to oversee service and operations at the QAG Cafe, GOMA Bistro and GOMA Farm-to-Table.A person in this role must also be organised and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment. Shifts vary across 7 days and include weekends and evenings. An exciting opportunity exists to join a vibrant and dedicated team as an F&B Attendant or F&B Supervisor in one of Qld's premier destination venues.
