Festival Coordinator

Woods & Co have partnered with the cornerstone of Melbourne's vibrant cultural scene - an iconic fashion, dining and entertainment precinct in Stonnington. If you're an eager, organised & hardworking individual looking to make your mark of the events industry, look no further!

As the Festival Coordinator, you will assist the General Manager & the rest of the team to build an exciting, community-based event in the South-East.

What's in it for you?

• $98,800 + Super pro-rata salary - 20 hours/week (this will vary)
• 10 month contract ending March 2025

• Assist in building a large, exciting, community-based event

What do you do?

• Engagement and communication with all traders
• Liaising with the festival committee
• Communication with key stakeholders engaged to deliver the festival
• Administrative tasks related to event planning activities
• Coordination of marketing schedules, calendars and project timelines
• Completing tasks associated with achieving milestones set by the board, State Government, Council & stakeholders
• Attending Key Stakeholder Meetings
• Preparing weekly invoicing

What do you need?

• Razor-sharp eye for detail
• Experience in administration & coordination
• Experience in the events space
• Positive, go-getter attitude!
• Ability to pick up new tasks quickly
