As the Festival Coordinator, you will assist the General Manager & the rest of the team to build an exciting, community-based event in the South-East.

- $98,800 + Super pro-rata salary - 20 hours/week (this will vary)

- Assist in building a large, exciting, community-based event
- Engagement and communication with all traders
- Liaising with the festival committee
- Communication with key stakeholders engaged to deliver the festival
- Administrative tasks related to event planning activities
- Coordination of marketing schedules, calendars and project timelines
- Completing tasks associated with achieving milestones set by the board, State Government, Council & stakeholders
- Attending Key Stakeholder Meetings
- Preparing weekly invoicing
- Razor-sharp eye for detail
- Experience in administration & coordination
- Experience in the events space
- Positive, go-getter attitude!
- Ability to pick up new tasks quickly
