About the role:
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a FF&E Procurement manager to join our team on the $1.1 billion Frankston Hospital Redevelopment. This is the largest ever health infrastructure investment in Melbourne's south-east.
The position is available due to an internal relocation. You will be focused on the FF&E procurement across the clinical spaces and services. You will be responsible for:
Procurement tasks (analyse business needs, research markets, plan sourcing, negotiate contracts, manage suppliers, etc.)
Building valuable relationships with various stakeholders
Ability to proactively manage priorities within team and business, within a fast paced and dynamic environment.
The position consists of a wide variety of categories and responsibilities, therefore, must be open to a dynamic role.
To be successful you will need:
Degree qualified in a relevant field of study (Engineering, Construction Management etc)
Previous experience working on major construction projects
Previous experience in a procurement focused role preferred
Must be able to effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities and possess excellent time management skills.
Ideally goal orientated and action focused with strong written and verbal communication skills.
