Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Field Assistant to join our client's Exploration Drilling Campaign, locally to Rockhampton. To be considered for the role you must have the following:

• Unrestricted C Class License
• Happy to be involved in Labouring Tasks
• Able to safely work in a mix of outdoor and indoor settings
• Ability to work in a hot and physically demanding work environment
• Ability to undertake a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening
• A strong understanding of OH&S and a commitment to safety in the workplace
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiasm and a passion to learn

Your new role will consist of a range of duties including but not limited to:

• Assisting in the Sampling Shed
• Operating light vehicles
• Collecting samples
• Record keeping of samples
• Use of fixed plant to sort and process samples
• Contribute to a safe working environment
• Supporting team members by assisting with any other relevant duties
