A minimum of 3 years Litigation or Construction Legal Assistant experience is essential. Supporting the Principal and the Team.The roleAs a Personal Assistant/Legal Assistant, you will work in the Construction Litigation department. You will support the Principal and the team and your duties will include diary management, organising meetings, monthly billings, preparation of Briefs, court filing, screening calls, drafting correspondence, organising the Partner, personal PA duties, paying bills, managing time lines, setting up Team meetings, editing documents and general admin duties.YouYou will have a minimum of 3 years legal Assistant/Personal Assistant experience. Some litigation or construction litigation legal assistant experience is also essential.The Law Firm/ SalaryWell established boutique law firm of 30 staff. Great culture and environment. Partner is very approachable and easy to work for. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (between $70,000 - $90,000 including Superannuation).
