As a hands-on manager, you will build a strong rapport with the team, lead by example, promote a high level of safety awareness and continue to grow the division.
To succeed in the role, you will have a proactive attitude, strong work ethics, be well organised, ability to plan ahead and solve problems, along with a strong safety focus and clear communication skills.
Key deliverables/responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage the delivery of the Division plan, budget, KPI’s
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Manage the allocation of resources
Monitor and manage compliance to budget
Identify and action opportunities to increase the customer base and grow the division
Look for continuous improvement and cost savings
Communicate honestly and openly on performance / compliance related issues and expectations
About You
Successful candidates will have experience/skills in the following:
Current Drivers Licence
Trade qualifications (desirable)
Strong statutory and management reporting skills
Be an effective communicator – written, verbal & interpersonal
Previous experience in a similar position
Ability to meet established deadlines, whilst maintaining a consistent level of professionalism with an eye for detail.
Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
Ability to cope with changing plans or ideas as the situation changes, in a positive manner.
