About the positionAs a Field Officer Arboriculture, you will drive the hands-on execution of works programs throughout our City. Each day you will be responsible for contributing to the management, preservation, maintenance and protection of all trees and shrubs across Council’s streets and reserves in both rural and urban spaces.
You'll be on a 9-day fortnight schedule, optimising your work time while offering flexibility.

The successful applicant will have:
- Certificate III Arboriculture
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Above 11m (Boom Type)
- MR licence or willing to obtain
- Provide First Aid certificate
- Work Zone Traffic Management Ticket (WZTM)
- Work safely in the construction industry (Whitecard)
- Working safely near live electrical apparatus as a non-electrical worker certificate
- Certificate of Competency in load shifting equipment
- Work Safely at Heights Certificate
- Be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check
