Recognised in our sector by an extensive, reputable history and broad product range, Nintendo Australia now requires a Victorian-based Field Representative to join our Sales department on a permanent full-time basis.
As the Field Representative, you will be primarily responsible for visiting retail stores in order to promote and develop the Nintendo presence, knowledge and advocacy therefore increasing sales. Key requirements for the role include:
- In-store presentation is paramount across all retailers and needs to be kept to the highest standard at all times.
- All blitz executions are to be completed within any specified timeframe and to an excellent standard.
- Ensure any Nintendo Interactive Units are clean and in excellent working order. Perform updates and maintenance as required.
- Meet regularly with Store Managers, Store Department Managers and Proprietors to plan for opportunities to expand Nintendo’s in-store presence.
- Report any existing Account issues directly to the Assistant Manager Field and Trade Merchandising and the Assistant Sales Manager or the relevant Account Executive.
- Check all reserves, cupboards and drawers for Nintendo stock with the main priority being to make sure that all Nintendo stock is on the selling floor.
- Work to establish an effective call cycle of Nintendo Dealers in the defined Geographic Territory.
- Reposition Nintendo software into premium shelf space including ends and set up plan-o-grams as required.

To succeed in the role, you will require:
- Previous experience in merchandising or similar role.
- Good understanding of the consumer electronics industry.
- Must have current valid Victorian driver’s licence.
- Strong work ethic and able to self-motivate.
