About the role
The Field Research Officer - Horticulture role establishes and maintains effective relationships with a range of stakeholders ensuring engagement of staff and trial operations are conducted efficiently with adequate resources. This role will utilise your technical skills and understanding to contribute to the production of scientific outcomes of the highest standard and rigour.
Essential Requirements
- Have intricate knowledge of Horticulture production in South Australia.
- Minimum 3 years hands on field experience in conducting applied research trials in Horticulture or agriculture.
- Tertiary qualifications in Agriculture
- Current manual driver’s license and experience and willingness to operate 4WDs, boom sprayers and side by sides.
