Job Description- Respond to RFPs within 48 hours and maintain accurate records in the Daily Sales Report.
- Convert leads and opportunities for group business, including conferences, weddings and social events.
- Prepare and present proposals and contracts using Opera Sales and Event Management.
- Conduct site inspections to showcase the resort to potential clients.
- Coordinate all aspects of conference and events, from inquiry to confirmation and post-event follow up.
- Cultivate positive relationships with clients and event managers for a seamless planning experience.
