Field Sales Representative - GoActive Outdoors

GoActive Outdoors is a subsidiary of the ARB Group, and is the exclusive importer and distributor of Thule Sport & Cargo and Active with Kids range of products. GoActive Outdoors is also the exclusive importer and distributor of Konig tyre chains.

We are currently seeking a Field Sales Representative who will be responsible for the territories independent retailers’ sales results, management of in-store visual merchandising and product training & awareness. Assist in range building across numerous product channels and provide retailer guidance on growth opportunities ensuring a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Maintain Client Relationships
• Understand and Address Client Needs
• Deliver Training Programs
• Provide Ongoing Support to clients
• Visual Merchandising Installation
• Market Research and Analysis
• Sales Activity Monitoring
• Implement Channel Managers' Strategies
• Travel within the designated territory to meet with clients and attend industry events
• Collaborate with the Channel Managers in managing the retailer network to drive sales in the given territory. 

About you:

• 3 years of experience in sales, retail, or wholesale, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in automotive accessories, bicycle industry, and/or outdoor products.
• Experience in visual merchandising and/or sales training.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software, sales automation tools, and other relevant technology is a plus.
• Ability to travel within the designated territory and to work on weekend events as required.
• Valid driver's license.
