- Based in Botany with on-site parking
- The “virtual” manager. The last few years have shown how much can be done online, but from experience we know that nothing replaces excellent in-person leadership. This is a hands-on role, managing the day-to-day of a direct sales/lead-gen team.
- The “but-its-an-industry-downturn” sales guy. Ultimately in sales we are measured on results. An excellent sales leader will have the ability to adapt and set-the-pace when necessary.
- Experience training and managing a team of lead-gen reps. You will have a thorough understanding of the challenges inherent in this space.
- A sense of ownership over your role and the results that are produced. This is not a position where you will be micro-managed and will require someone with a sense of personal drive.
- A hands on attitude. There will be times when as a sales leader you must lead from the front. We need someone who is willing to roll their sleeves up and work with the team to get the results necessary.
