We are currently building the next level of structure in our business as we undergo transformational growth and are seeking customer focused and motivated Service Engineers to join us in our next iteration.

About the role

This is a fast paced and varied role that requires an enthusiastic and organised person looking to grow their skills, both technically and within the business/corporate space. Travel within the state will be required with some interstate travel from time to time.

You will be responsible for actively and efficiently servicing and maintaining customer’s equipment within the Perth metro area, meeting performance standards for allocated jobs per day and ensuring customer satisfaction and company standards are being met.

• Service diagnosis, fault finding, maintenance and repair of copier equipment

• Carry out pre-delivery inspections across all machinery to ensure performance upon arrival to customer locations

• Installation and post sales training of machinery usage and maintenance to customer 

• Manage spare parts and consumables effectively 

• Reporting on allocated jobs in a timely manner

What we are looking for 

You will be highly customer focused with excellent organisational skills, whilst being outcome driven with excellent communications. You will have a background in engineering with work experience in the Beauty & Aesthetics industry or Printers & Photocopiers is a plus. 

• Exposure to servicing and repairs

• Experience providing technical support and knowledge with a willingness to travel as required. 

• Electronics trade certificate or tertiary education in Electronics, Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering will be highly regarded
