Role Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch service and maintenance for a diverse range of hire equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues in the field.
- Deliver excellent customer service, representing the family business with pride.
- Understand customers needs when attending site for servicing and breakdown
- Excellent planning and time management skills required, be reliable and punctual
- Communicate effectively and concisely with internal and external teams
- Ensure reliable and timely flow of documentation and reports to administration/snr management
- Ensure the maintenance & presentation of motor vehicles, tools and hire equipment
Skills and Qualifications
- Must be a qualified Fitter or Diesel Mechanic, ideally with 2+ years’ experience
- Experience with small engines preferred; offers most transferable skills
