We are a busy cafe in the heart of Queens Park in Ipswich. We are searching for our next Shift Supervisor that thrive in a bustling, fast-paced environment.
The role is casual/part-time 25-38 hours over a 5 days and must be able to work weekends. Rotating rosters options available with no night shifts or splits shifts.
The position duties and expectations include but are not limited to the following:
- Hospitality knowledge, management and supervision, providing leadership and direction to team members during service times
- Barista training/experience would be desirable
- Working knowledge of multiple cafe/restaurant roles and assists front of house teams.
- Consistently providing great customer service, friendly reliable team member and self motivated.
Additionally, to be considered for the role all applicants must have a Food Safety certificate (or be prepared to complete) and show previous Supervisor experience.
