The Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Field Service Coordinator to join our team in Hobart full-time. If you possess great organisation and people skills, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and vendors, communicating via phone, email, and incident management systems.
- Scheduling parts and tickets.
- Assist technicians to order parts and identify part numbers
- Document all work completed and help build a knowledge base of problems and solutions
- Escalate to and assist other staff members in problem diagnosis and resolution.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of all company vehicles, adhering to safety standards and schedules
The Person
- Desirable certifications include Cert III / Cert IV in Business Admin or equivalent.
- 18 months – 2 years working in a similar position.
- Basic Computer Literacy Qualifications.
- Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
- Have previously contacted and dealt with clients/customers via email and telephone.
- Have previous scheduling experience.
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- Work well under pressure, with strong multi-tasking skills.
