The Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Field Service Coordinator to join our team in Hobart full-time. If you possess great organisation and people skills, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and vendors, communicating via phone, email, and incident management systems.
  • Scheduling parts and tickets.
  • Assist technicians to order parts and identify part numbers
  • Document all work completed and help build a knowledge base of problems and solutions
  • Escalate to and assist other staff members in problem diagnosis and resolution.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of all company vehicles, adhering to safety standards and schedules

The Person

  • Desirable certifications include Cert III / Cert IV in Business Admin or equivalent.
  • 18 months – 2 years working in a similar position.
  • Basic Computer Literacy Qualifications.
  • Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
  • Have previously contacted and dealt with clients/customers via email and telephone.
  • Have previous scheduling experience. 
  • Excellent people and communication skills.
  • Work well under pressure, with strong multi-tasking skills.
