The Position
The primary function of this role is to install, repair and provide maintenance services to a range of electronic equipment. The position will see the successful candidate on the road responding to service requests from our customers to ensure the timely maintenance of their critical equipment.
In this role we expect our technicians to provide exceptional customer service to Amtek's clients whilst installing, repairing, and maintaining electronic and electro-mechanical equipment on site such as:
- Point of Sale (POS) Equipment
- Pinpad devices
- PCs and Peripherals
- Scanner scales
- Networking equipment
Our office is located in Seven Hills however the servicing locations of customers vary across Sydney and the outer metropolitan suburbs.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge in Electronics
- Current (within 12 months) satisfactory Police Certificate
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence
Preferred but not essential:
- Fault diagnostic and PC hardware experience
- NMI Certification (6.2 Non-Automatic weighing instruments)
