Permanent (must have full working rights and based in WA at time of application)
Up to $105k plus super and bens dependent on experience
The company is a global mining firm with sites across the world and offices in almost every major city. They are looking for a Desktop Engineer to join the team quickly and hit the ground running supporting a major site in WA. You will need to be experienced in dealing with high 2nd line and low-level 3rd line issues, as well as escalating to the systems engineers when needed. You will be the point of contact with escalated tickets, hardware support and basic network cabling so you will need experience supporting all of these and performing these tasks previously.
This will not suit a 1st/2nd level support engineer only used to helpdesk support.

Essential Experience:
Microsoft products support
Experience in a desktop role previously
IT Hardware support (printers, phones etc)
Basic network cabling
Face-to-face support
Excellent customer service
