- Maintaining and repairing stressing, grouting, and specialist equipment.
- Managing spare parts stock.
- Supervising and training fitters/trades.
- Assisting in the setup and operation of specialist equipment.
- Supporting timely delivery of operational equipment.
- Mentoring and developing team members.

Requirements
- Experience with Heavy Mobile Equipment: Crawler Cranes, Piling Rigs, Excavators, etc.
- Fault finding and diagnostics expertise.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Unrestricted Class C Driving License.
- White Card.
- High Risk Work License (Forklift, EWP & Dogman advantageous).
