Finance & Accounting Executive

GMAA is engaged in modern technologies promoting the Agri-tech transition to Indochina, with agricultural operations in Australia providing high-quality raw materials, agricultural practice and food exchange, R&D Agriculture hub in APAC.

Duties:

1. Oversee and manage the company's financial accounts.
2. Prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. 
3. Be responsible for forecasting financial performance, identifying growth opportunities, and providing financial analysis to facilitate managerial decision-making.
4. Perform comprehensive accounting and tax service.
5. Monitor the cash-flow position and ensure adequate fund for operation.
6. Assist with the capital budgeting, expenditure planning process and long-term Strategy Plan processes.
7. Ad-Hoc Reporting and other special projects as needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or its equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a finance executive or in a similar role
3. Sharp eye for identifying irregularities
4. Excellent analytical abilities 
5. Excellent knowledge of financial and taxation regulations, laws, and any changes thereof
6. Good verbal and written communication skills
