THE BUSINESS & ROLE:
Power Flo Hydraulics is a well-established small business providing 24 hour on call mobile hydraulic hose maintenance, install and repair service throughout the Brisbane, north Brisbane and Sunshine Coast area. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service and the highest standard of work. We have a small friendly team in which an opportunity has risen for an additional team member.
This position is loaded with variety. Among other duties, this role requires a dedicated individual to mainly attend to ATO obligations, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, supplier and customer financial records management and reporting. You will be working closely with our Chief Financial Officer, Directors and Administrator. No day will ever be the same as work is conducted on site with an opportunity to work from home.

Ideally you will have the following skills and/or experience:
- Coordination of financial reports
- Management of accounts and meeting regular deadlines
- 100% accuracy of work produced
- BAS and tax agent
- 24 hour turnaround of invoices out
- Management of debtors and creditors
- Effective communication skills
- Respond to financial enquiries
- Experience with Simpro, Xero, Hubdoc software is highly desireable
- 5 years minimum in a similar role
- Bookkeeping and/or relevant Accounting qualification
- The expectation will be that you come on-site on occasion
