We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our client as a Permanent Finance Administration Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of Finance Administration, ensuring the smooth operation of daily financial processes and maintaining a high standard of professionalism in all office-related duties.
Your day to day duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Execute all general office administrative tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Manage daily and weekly invoicing, including the preparation and timely distribution of end-of-month statements.
- Monitor and contact customers outside of agreed 'terms of payment' to facilitate timely payments.
- Oversee all accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Perform end-to-end processing of weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and manage payments for Superannuation, Child support, PAYG, Payroll Tax, and WorkCover.
- Contribute to End-of-Month, Business Activity Statements (BAS), and End-of-Financial-Year duties.
