Nichols Crowder is seeking an experienced administration professional for a ‘front of house’ role.
If you enjoy coordinating reception, providing administration support and have a positive, helpful attitude, this role is perfect.
Based in our Moorabbin office, this role is part-time covering 2-3 days a week.
The Role
Key tasks include:
- Welcoming clients, coordination of reception area, serving refreshments
- Managing incoming calls, providing assistance and taking messages
- Office administration and proficiency essential
- Excellent IT skills, including excel, mail merges and powerpoint
- Key register coordination
- Coordination of lease administration, settlements, new leases
- Data entry and general administration for sales and leasing teams
- Coordination of mail, deliveries, stationary orders and kitchen amenities
- Typing and preparation of property reports, binding and letters
- Filing coordination, soft copies and archiving
- Provide general administrative support as required
Key Attributes
This position is suited to an experienced office administrator who enjoys a team environment, helping their colleagues and clients alike. Key attributes include;
- Previous office administration/ real estate experience
- A solid working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Adobe software products advantageous
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Quick and accurate typing skills with outstanding attention to detail
- Experience working with real estate lease administration software including; Agentbox (or other CRM databases) an added advantage
- Immaculate presentation and positive, helpful attitude to assist the team where ever possible
- Great organisational skills, strong attention to detail and a positive attitude will put you in a great position to thrive
Particulars
Our Reception Co-ordinator / Administration role is a part time position with the ideal candidate available two or three full time days per week.
- Hours: 8.30 - 5pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Ideal availability; Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays
