The Armadale Line Upgrade Alliance (ALUA) is an Alliance partnership between Acciona Construction Australia, BMD Constructions, WSP Australia, AECOM Australia and the Public Transport Authority (PTA). The Alliance is delivering the Victoria Park-Canning Level Crossing Removal project which will, elevated three sections of the rail line and remove six level crossings, create 5 new elevated train stations and create new publicly accessible spaces within the rail corridor.

We are recruiting for a Finance Administrator on a Full Time basis to support the Finance Team.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Liaise with ALUA Procurement Team to make sure that all suppliers are setup in Procurement E and SEO, including Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) company searches.
- Raise purchase orders in SEO.
- Receipting purchase orders based on supporting documents provided by the ALUA Commercial and Procurement Teams.
- Three-way matching of supplier invoices, purchase orders and goods receiving reports.
- Processing invoices into SEO and SAP.
- Uploading payment files into internet banking for weekly payment runs.
- Sending remittance advice to suppliers.
- Updating payment status.
- Setting up and maintaining cash retentions in SEO, SAP and PBA – Retention. Make sure all suppliers details such as ABNs and bank details match with SEO and tax invoices.
- Other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as directed or delegated by the Alliance Finance Manager
What you will bring to the team:
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with LinkedSite, Concur, SEO and SAP advantageous
