Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Administrator to join our team in Perth or Brisbane office.
Reporting to the Project Manager, this role is responsible for providing administration support to the Project team, including the coordination of personnel mobilization.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and submitting weekly/monthly reports to clients
- Coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining records
- Managing change orders and project templates
- Inputting timesheets and hours into SAP
- Organizing mobilization activities
- Assisting Document Control during leave periods or as needed
- Providing additional administrative support as requested by the Project Manager
- Provide ad-hoc general administrative support as required
Qualifications and Skills:
- Preferred 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the Resources sector in a project environment.
- A collaborative mindset, fostering trust and respect in team dynamics
- Resourcefulness and self-motivation to tackle challenges
- Attention to detail and organized approach to tasks
- Innovative problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft software suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Familiarity with SAP and experience working with databases (Aconex, In-Eight, Pegasus, and electronic document management systems) is beneficial.
- Ability to handle various file types, including word processing, spreadsheet, and drawing production suites commonly used in the Resources industry"
