About the role:
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated financial administrator to join the Graduate Research team. This pivotal role involves overseeing and managing various financial aspects crucial to the smooth operation of our school. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring the effective administration of finances, particularly around scholarships.
Working closely with the Business Manager this role entails handling invoicing, credit card reconciliations, fund transfers, basic financial modeling, and collaborating with the HDR Services team to ensure efficient financial management of HDR student scholarships, allowances, and related payments.
To excel in this role, you'll need outstanding proficiency in EXCEL, an exceptional eye for detail, and a strong eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative and supportive setting.
