Our Service Department requires a self motivated person to fill the role of Service Advisor. This position will require excellent communication skills, be computer literate and be able to deliver a high level of customer service.
You will be required to carry out customer follow up and assist at the service desk.
You will be required to work from 7-30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Duties and responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers
- Take bookings and service enquiries over the phone
- Manage and prioritise daily bookings
- Ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensure data integrity is upheld
- Work as part of a team
The successful applicant will possess:

- Experience in a similar fast-paced role
- Customer focussed with proven experience providing exceptional service
- Excellent time management skills
- Team orientated, able to undertake tasks and work unsupervised
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A current driver licences
Remuneration will be according to experience.
