The Opportunity
Our client is currently requiring a Finance Analyst to assist in monitoring and implementing financial compliance measures across various departments. You will be responsible for ensuring the organisation adheres to all relevant financial regulations and policies.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will require previous experience in:
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making processes, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, working closely with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business planning.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial health and performance of the company, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by senior management, supporting decision-making across various departments.
- Report Production: Assist in the production of monthly and ad-hoc financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Transaction Review: Review transactions to ensure they are correctly accounted for and comply with accounting standards and company policies.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with other areas in Finance to identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of transaction processing.
