Finance Analyst

About the Role

This role provides support and collaborates with the Finance Manager, assisting with budget and forecasting activities, monthly analysis, and cashflow forecasting and analysis. You will be partnering with various departments for determining financial results, preparing capex proposals, and providing special reports upon request. You will be assisting with the year-end audit, and in the preparation of budget, forecast, analysis, tax returns and replies, ensuring assigned financial reporting deadlines are met and risks mitigated. You will utilise your organisational skills to identify, investigate, and analyse potential operational improvement and enhance the workflow of the department.

About You:

You will have at least four years’ experience in accounting and financial planning, ideally in retail or wholesale sectors.  You have strong Excel skills and a degree in finance, commerce or business. You will be CA/CPA qualified or working towards qualification. SAP experience will be highly regarded. You are a team player, pay attention to detail, and have a professional level-headed approach to your work. You are organised, responsible, cooperative, resourceful, work at pace when required, and are open to learning.
