Finance Assistant (Accounting)
Our Sydney based Independent Creative Media Agency is seeking a Finance Assistant to join our finance team.
Duties will include:
- Daily bank reconciliation and weekly cashflow reporting.
- WIP related reporting and meetings
- Accounts Receivable incl billings, payment allocations and debt collection.
- Accounts Payable incl processing, payments, reconciliations and data mgmt.
- Revenue accruals & deferrals.
- Timesheet reporting weekly.
- Systems set-up for on-boarding
- Assisting your Financial Controller with ad hoc duties.
This is a great opportunity to move into our Sydney based Creative Media Agency whilst having responsibility for a diverse set of duties. Our Media Agency was voted in the top 20 best places to work in Australia last year. The successful candidate should be degree qualified in the related field, plus have impeccable communication skills.
We currently offer two days per week ‘work from home’ and 3 days in the office.
All applicants should have 1 - 3 years previous finance experience from the Media and/or Advertising Agency sectors, local or UK based.
