Our client is a global leader in their industry, who has experienced exponential growth undergoing multiple mergers and acquisitions, with their revenue and turnover sky rocketing. Our client caters to various industries, including food and beverage, consumer goods, and e-commerce. The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will see you working within a progressive and supportive team. Your roles and responsibilities will include (not limited too):
  • Highly commercial role - cross functional collaboration with internal and external, finance and non-finance stakeholders 
  • Genuine support function and key plater in their upcoming mergers and acquisitions
  • Financial Modelling - business reviews, business cases, extracting insights, presenting recommendations and strategies to implement that focus on growth and sustainability 
  • Reporting , Analysis and Commercial - analysing performance to understand changes, providing commentary and identifying gaps 
  • SWOT Analysis - Risk & Opportunity 
  • Financial modelling support for projects and M&A activities 
  • Create plans, budgets, and forecasts by working closely with the sales & operational team
Desired Candidate 

You will be an experienced Finance Analyst / Business Partner with skills such as:
  • Confident, charismatic individual who is capable of working  independently, as well as, in a team environment 
  • Have the tenacity and grit of negotiating, influencing & impacting finance and non-finance personals - comfortable with challenging stakeholders 
  • Experience from a large complex organisation or high volume environment 
  • Strong attention to detail and curiosity to question 
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills - strong hold on the numbers
