The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will see you working within a progressive and supportive team. Your roles and responsibilities will include (not limited too):
- Highly commercial role - cross functional collaboration with internal and external, finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Genuine support function and key plater in their upcoming mergers and acquisitions
- Financial Modelling - business reviews, business cases, extracting insights, presenting recommendations and strategies to implement that focus on growth and sustainability
- Reporting , Analysis and Commercial - analysing performance to understand changes, providing commentary and identifying gaps
- SWOT Analysis - Risk & Opportunity
- Financial modelling support for projects and M&A activities
- Create plans, budgets, and forecasts by working closely with the sales & operational team
You will be an experienced Finance Analyst / Business Partner with skills such as:
- Confident, charismatic individual who is capable of working independently, as well as, in a team environment
- Have the tenacity and grit of negotiating, influencing & impacting finance and non-finance personals - comfortable with challenging stakeholders
- Experience from a large complex organisation or high volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and curiosity to question
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills - strong hold on the numbers
