The Challenge
Working as a Financial Accounting Team Lead and reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manage and lead a dynamic team of 6;
- Identify and suggest the implementation of process improvements within the finance team and across the broader business;
- Design and implementation of controls and processes for all business cycles;
- Preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts, P&L, balance sheet and cash flows for each entity;
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting packs to the senior management team and capital partners;
- Preparation of statutory financial statements and managing year end audit process for the entity and the group;
- Review of annual tax reporting and tax returns;
- Supervise external service providers for financial reporting, accounts payable, BAS, payroll tax and income tax;
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting as required by the business.

- Ideally, you are CA/CPA and have 7+ years experience, and are currently a Senior Accountant/Senior Financial Accountant/ Finance Manager with experience manage a team of 6

- A high attention to detail, strong work ethic as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
