We are seeking an experienced Business Partner to support our Community division to provide insightful reporting and analysis to drive performance, growth and strategic objectives.
You will assist management in understanding financial inputs and the implications to their business in terms of both income and cost management, whilst driving growth and efficiencies across the division that will positively impact financial sustainability. You will seek out innovative solutions to enhance organisational performance, customer experience and service delivery.

About You
- Your experience to date has positioned you as a finance leader with ability to effectively partner with business stakeholders and jointly drive improved business performance.
- You have previous experience in a Business Partnering position, with demonstrated ability to influence with integrity.
- You demonstrate strong analytical skills and ability to prepare accurate and timely financial reports and financial projections.
- You are strategic, focused on business objectives and supporting management with solutions to achieve goals.
- Communication is your strong point, with strong oral and written skills to share accurate financial information.
- You have an ability to investigate and deliver cost savings and efficiencies and identify improvement opportunities.
- You’re a team player with good people skills, a collaborative and flexible style, and strong service mentality.
