About The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic team, reporting to our Chief Financial Officer. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our business by analysing and optimising revenue streams and cost of sales, and maximising gross profit. You will work closely with various departments to provide financial insights and guidance that drive profitability and business growth. If you have a passion for finance and a track record of driving business performance, this opportunity is for you.
You will bring to our business your passion for attention to detail, accuracy, identifying efficiencies and you will have experience to provide transparency on complex manufacturing and logistics margins, including refinement to standard costing. Your ability to build and manage relationships is essential as you will be working with key decision makers within assigned verticals. You will be a natural leader with the ability to inspire the performance of others.
To be considered you will need to demonstrate:
- 10 + years’ experience in a similar role within a complex business greater than $60m in turnover where leading and focused on Business Partnering, revenue and cost of sales. Preferably with some manufacturing experience.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- A master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA) is preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
