You will develop trusted, strategic relationships and partner closely with stakeholders across the business, including General Managers.In this role, you'll be:

• collaborating with General Managers and their teams to deliver insightful, accurate, and timely reporting and analysis, while providing high-level analytical support and strategic advice
• preparing and consolidating OPEX, Capex, and FTE budgets; including presenting forecasts and budgets to stakeholders
• leading monthly performance reporting for various financial metrics and identify and communicate trends, risks and opportunities
• mentoring, coaching, and supporting team members to uplift capabilities and build a culture of engagement.

Ideally, you'll bring to the role:

• degree in commerce, economics, accounting, or a related numeric discipline.
• CA/CPA/FINSIA/CFA/CIMA qualification (or equivalent)
• strong understanding of accounting, finance, and legal principles
• demonstrable experience as a Business Partner in a fast paced and complex environment
• resilience, confidence, and a natural flair for building strong and trusted relationships.
