Full time, 12 month contract, Based in West Perth Provide crucial support to RAC’s Parks and Resorts by collaborating closely with the Corporate Finance and Senior Leadership teams.
Reporting to Financial Controller –Business Partnering, your role will involve aiding in strategy formulation and execution, ensuring strong financial stewardship across all RAC businesses and support functions. This role is being offered as a Full-time 12-month max term contract, based in our West Perth office.
What will you be doing? Fostering strong relationships across the CFO function, offering insights for growth and profitability. Collaborate with business leaders to streamline financial processes and services.
Develop strategies to enhance financial services and support, focusing on efficiency and compliance. Provide expert analysis, advice, and guidance to business leaders, ensuring alignment with RAC's purpose and mission. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
Identify and capitalise on profitable growth opportunities. What are we looking for in you? Strong accounting, commercial, and analytical abilities.
Experience working in a similar size organisation, as part of a centralise team servicing multiple diverse business units. Demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively convey financial insights and drive consensus among stakeholders. Passion for driving financial performance and organizational success.
Proficiency in data analytics and planning tools. Tertiary qualifications in finance or a related field are mandatory. Membership of relevant industry bodies (ACA, CPA) is required.
