July 2024 Salary Range is $105,000 - $125,161

What You Will Be Working On

In your role as a Finance Business Partner, you will be uniquely positioned to shape the financial strategy of our city. Here’s what you can look forward to:

About You

We are seeking candidates who:

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce and maintain a CPA accreditation.
• Demonstrate a minimum of five years of practical experience in Management Accounting or financial analysis roles.
• Possess extensive knowledge of accounting practices, financial reporting, budget management, and legislative requirements.
• Have experience in building financial literacy and delivering training to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrate strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills to drive strategic and operational outcomes.
• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and align others towards organisational objectives.
