My client is an prestigious and well-established Australian educational institution, a clear industry leader. Due to an internal promotion and growth, there is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team. Reporting into a Head of Commercial, you will have a broad set of responsibilities including:
- Preparation & reporting of monthly financial results
- Annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
- Variance, KPI and performance analysis
- Business partnering with key internal and external stakeholders
- Developing dashboards and providing strategic commercial insights
- Leading a team of 2
- Ad hoc projects and process improvements
You will be CA/CPA qualified with at least 5+ years experience from either a chartered (Big 4 or mid tier) or large commercial organisation. You will have fantastic communication skills, a strong commercial acumen and enjoy working collaboratively.
