Your new role
In your new role you will add value to the organisation through providing professional, accurate, confidential, and efficient finance and HR services while meeting statutory obligations. Your main duties in this role will include,
Processing payroll
Awards interpretations
Recruitment
Processes and procedures
HR administration
General HR issues
Managing complaints
What you'll need to succeed
We strongly encourage your application should you have the below skills and/or experience;
Full function payroll experience
Understanding of payroll legislation and ability to interpret agreements and awards
Strong attention to detail
HR experience
Ability to problem solve
Ability to prioritise tasks and utilise effective organisational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
