Form of workEagers Automotive is seeking a highly motivated and driven Finance & Insurance Business Manager/ Aftercare Consultant to join our dynamic team at Southside Volkswagen!
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for selling finance and insurance as well as aftermarket products to all customers of our dealership. This is an outstanding career opportunity for the right candidate who will enjoy providing our guests with an excellent customer service experience.
Duties will include:
- Maximising the profitable sales of finance and insurance
- Promoting the range of aftercare products to new and existing customers
- Delivering exceptional customer experience by understanding all areas of the business
- Building and maintaining relationships with your internal and external stakeholders
- Developing your knowledge of our brand, products & services
- Working collaboratively with the car’s sales team to provide seamless customer service
- Ensuring the administrative operations are completed accurately
- Meeting KPIs and sales targets
If you have a passion for providing great customer service, confidence in your communication and negotiation skills as well as plenty of positive ‘can-do’ attitude - we would like to hear from you!
Prior experience in the Automotive Industry, F&I, Aftercare and/ or Vehicle Sales roles would be highly advantageous. Regardless of your background, feel free to apply if you are a passionate people-person who is driven by the thrill of the sale!
Ideally you will possess:
- Must have experience with providing finance and/ or lending services
- Prior aftercare experience would be highly advantageous
- Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and be driven by results
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs and sales targets
